Lew Rockwell interviews Gerald Celente on November 11, 2009. Mr. Celente discusses the economy, fake numbers, the criminal enterprise known as government, the second American revolution and false flag attacks.
Listen to the interview (13.5 minutes):
“We see what happened to the USSR is happening to the USSA. It’s breaking down. You cannot control a number of people, over 300 million, by a centralized government. It’s too big to operate. In the future we definitely see more secessionist movements and even regional governments.”
If we are, in fact, in the final throes of socialism, as we briefly discussed in Empty Your Bank Accounts, then the possibility of regional governments is becoming more and more likely. If, for example, the entire system were to collapse as forecasters like Marc Faber, Gerland Celente and Bob Chapman have predicted, then regional and local governments will become the invention of necessity as more people isolate themselves within their communities and depend less on the federal government, which will be essentially broke and powerless in respect to providing essential services and support functions.
